Rebecca and Steve Smith received an award from the Montgomery Township Landmarks Commission for their efforts to preserve the oldest house in Blawenburg. While the award was given quite a while ago, it serves as a reminder that the Village of Blawenburg has a rich history and that there are people like the Smiths who are interested in preserving it.
